Synopsis
You control Tsubasa, a treasure hunter in search of her friend, Lyra. There is a myth that humans might fall into the darkness and turn into demons. You fear the worst for your friend because of *reasons*.
This game was made as a small past time, it's not a jam game but it pretty much is. Made in about a week. Hope it's not terrible, I tried to give it some polish at least!

The world is safe.
It was fun, the game looks and sounds awesome all around and using the whip feels good.
I think I prefer when the character is always stuck to a 45° slope when descending so that you can always jump. Also I love both the visual and sound feedback when you get hit by a fireball (and the overall visual and sound feedbacks, they're so good) to the point that the lack of any visual feedback when getting hit by a hand of a boss for example feels floaty by comparison, I think a scratch visual might make it feel even better.
Thanks for sharing the game!
There's a small particle for when the hand hits you but it might go unnoticed easily due to the colors (and the size). It doesn't really fit, but I was getting close to the end so I kinda just recycled a bit as I was losing steam.
Thanks for playing!
